Why Asia Butler Academy?
Centrally based in Bangkok, the Asia Butler Academy is the dedicated Asian extension of Magnums Butlers International Pty Ltd, with trainers fluent in languages other than English.
We take great care to ensure that all students receive appropriate and relevant training for 7 Star Service in the regions top hotels, resorts and locations.
Currently we offer a 5 day introduction to Butler Service program in the heart of Bangkok, however, we also run the same program in Bali.

What are the benefits of the Hotel Butler training program for our staff?
The main benefits include a revitalising and motivating effect on staff, with an increase in interest and skills levels.
Increased awareness of guests’ needs and how they can manage these requests.
The training program includes some fun elements so student butlers are encouraged through team membership on the program to actively take part, teams are awarded prizes and gifts for their efforts.
What does the cost include?
The program cost includes 5 days intensive training, a 140 page (plus!) handbook, 2 small Hospitality topic text books. Morning coffee, Lunch and Afternoon Tea are also included.
Is there a certificate on completion of the program?
Yes, the Asia Butler Academy awards a certificate of attendance to each participant.
Can we send other departments to go through the training?
Yes, indeed, other departments that regularly are included & benefit are; room service, housekeeping, bell desk and food and beverage staff.
How do I pay?
We accept direct bank transfer, Paypal and most credit cards, via Paypal. All programs must be aid in full prior to the commencement of the program.
